These terms apply to your use of Aframe tiny home in the forest, operated by Michael & Jennifer.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. This site lets you view our properties, make inquiries, and request bookings. Please use it only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
Michael & Jennifer provides the properties and is responsible for your stay. This site runs on the Futurestay platform, which provides the booking technology, and payments are handled by Stripe. Futurestay and Stripe are technology and payment providers, not the provider of the accommodation, and are not a party to your reservation.
Bookings made through this site are handled on the Futurestay platform, and payments are processed by Stripe. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation. Rates and availability may change until a booking is confirmed.
You agree to follow the house rules provided for the property, including any limits on the maximum number of guests and any smoking, pet, event, or quiet-hours restrictions. Additional or unregistered guests and parties are not permitted unless we agree in writing.
You are responsible for damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear during your stay. A security deposit or a hold on your payment method may apply, as described at booking.
The cancellation and refund terms that apply to your reservation are shown during booking and in your booking confirmation, and are binding as shown. Please review them before you book.
We work to keep property details, photos, pricing, and availability accurate, but occasional errors or changes may occur. Quoted prices may include or exclude taxes and fees as shown at booking. If something looks wrong, please contact us before booking.
The content on this site, including property descriptions and photos, belongs to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse it without our permission.
This site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the property is located, except where local law provides otherwise. Nothing here removes any rights you have under the laws that apply to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
If you have any questions about these terms, please reach out at service@futurestay.com.
